By engaging CronoTech Consulting (“we,” “us,” “our”) for development and hosting services, you (“Client,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions. We will provide the agreed-upon services as outlined in our proposal, including design, development, and hosting of your website. Any changes or additional requests beyond the scope of the original agreement will be subject to additional fees. All payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule detailed in the proposal. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of services until payment is received.

CronoTech Consulting retains ownership of the website code, design, and any intellectual property created during the development process until full payment is made. We are not responsible for any loss of data or service interruptions caused by external factors beyond our control. You are responsible for providing accurate content and complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to your website. By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold CronoTech Consulting harmless from any claims arising from your website’s content or usage. These terms and conditions are subject to change at our discretion.
